That is because there isn't one. Phone contact or use the "Contact US" link at the bottom of any VM page or write to them - Google for the address.

Rubbish signal strenght

No signal Blakeney Norfolk or at my home in Shipley (in or outdoors) yet Virgin tell me it's excellent???? Do the mobile companies actually know or are they making up how good or bad their coverage is and is there a way of letting them know. Can not find a contact email on Virgin site.
