Hi there, I desperately need the following information from virgin in order to finalise my insurance claim.
I have spoken to the call centre a few times and so far I have only been able to obtain a copy of an old bill.
Is anyone here able to help, they are asking for the following information specific to my damaged device:
"You need to contact your Network provider and obtain written confirmation that confirms the first and last usage of your device."
customer services can provide usage of imei and proof of blacklisting
its just a request that's sent off by a form
Virgin Mobile Staff , However, All opinions are my own
Not according to the advisors I have spoken to!
It's not a loss claim either so don't need proof of blacklisting, it's for a damage claim but they require proof of last usage of the imei
