Proof of usage - Insurance claim

Hi there, I desperately need the following information from virgin in order to finalise my insurance claim.

I have spoken to the call centre a few times and so far I have only been able to obtain a copy of an old bill.

Is anyone here able to help, they are asking for the following information specific to my damaged device:

"You need to contact your Network provider and obtain written confirmation that confirms the first and last usage of your device."

Re: Proof of usage - Insurance claim

Hi chocolateteapot

customer services can provide usage of imei and proof of blacklisting

its just a request that's sent off by a form

Re: Proof of usage - Insurance claim

Not according to the advisors I have spoken to!

It's not a loss claim either so don't need proof of blacklisting, it's for a damage claim but they require proof of last usage of the imei

Re: Proof of usage - Insurance claim

Sorry to hijack a thread but I have had exactly the same experience. Could you please let me know how I can get this proof? I'm stuck in limbo with a damaged phone.
