I am currently on the contract sim for £15 a month and have been on for about 4-5 months now I have had no problems what so ever with anything but lately I cannot text or call anyone I can't even call virgin on my phone to find out what the problem is? Any ideas??
well without a little more to go on it could be a number of things.
Arer payments on your account up to date?
Have you tried rebooting your phone?
Is this just in your local area? - Does your phone show a good signal strength? (If not, you could try entering your postcode into the EE service checker - Virgin Mobile works on their network, to see if there are any known issues).
Or from another phone you could give Virgin Mobile customer services a call: 0345 6000 789 (standard rate call or included in any minutes) and ask them about problems with your SIM / account.
