Problems with premium rate messages getting through/customer service not really helping

I have a growing problem with premium rate messages getting through and costing me money (£21.00) so far this month, I have been told I have to wait for the bill to be generated before I can dispute the extra money which I find a little harsh as I'm able to see dates and times the were recived and have told 789 this information, it seems at the moment I'm constantly having issues with Virgin Mobile, this is not the only issue I have at the moment, I always get fobbed off and told to ring back in a few days and they sort it then, why not sort it now!
