I have travelled to Belgium from the Uk. I've set up data roaming for my phone and purchased a data package and had that confirmed. However i cannot access mobile internet. Can anyone suggest a solution? Thanks
I had the same problem- bought an EU travel pass, always had roaming on my account- but after the VM account upgrade in March my account DIDN'T have roaming activated- even though my account said it was!!
Only option is 789 to VM CS get them to activate roaming
Thanks for your prompt reply. I've spoken to VM CS twice. They assure me everything is okay with my roaming and data package. I was told that if it still didn't work there wad nothing else they could do! Exactly the same problem with my wife's phone as well. I've just paid £40 pounds on 2 data packages but have had to buy internet use from the campsite! I'm not sure how much the calls to CS are from Belgium either!
