Problems with ZTE MF 65M and connection to the vm network

Over the last 24/36 hours I have been experiencing problems connecting to the net and other services using my ZTE 65M, although all my devices I use can connect none will connect to the internet. Anyone else having problems or have a solution? I have tried the help customer service people and they don't have any answers but did mention that there have been similar reports.

Nothing has changed, still not able to login to the virgin network reason given by customer services is that the servers are not reading or able to send data requests to the mobile router, what cowboy service is this? I am disgusted with their ability to solve this problem. Thinking now that I may change provider.

Thanks for responding.

 

The matter seems to have been resolved earlier this afternoon and as far as I can tell is still connectable to. It seemed to take so long for the techy's to sort it out,

 

I spoke to one of the techy people earlier and I'll say to you what I said to her, that is it would prove really helpful if there was system problems on the mobile web pages on the system so that one could check out progress or otherwise. I think I've made 4 or 5 calls in an attempt to get some feedback, yes each time the folks were as helpful as they could be.

 

Anyway thanks for responding.
