Prevent auto refresh of contract

Hi, I currently have a mobile contract that is due to end in November.  The refresh date for this is only a month away and I do not wish the contrct to be renewed automatically, but want the contract to expire at teh end date of the contract.  Can I put an instruction on the contract to not auto renew?

Re: Prevent auto refresh of contract

The refresh date is the date your new call, text and data allowances start, it's not connected to your minimum term contract.

Once you get to the end of your existing minimum term, you go onto a rolling 30 day term until you choose to enter into a new longer term minimum term as part of an upgrade.

If you're looking to leave Virgin Media you'll need to call them 30 days before you wish to leave, as you're required to give 30 days notice to close your account.
