i have had an ongoing issue with premium text rates for over 2 months now and was promised a refund on my account that would reflect on my
next bill? To my surprise today I have noticed I have been charged for the amount of unfair charges. I wish to cancel my account as this problem is still not resolved. I did officially make a complaint 6 weeks ago, and have not yet heard anything. What is the notice period if I am in a rolling contract.
