I have just got my bill for March April and note with GREAT interest that I have been charged for 3 premium rate text messages to a number I do not recognise and these messages do not actually show on my iPhone.
Yes they were also refunded to me virtually instantly - and indeed the text messages were sent out 1 minute after the other - or so it says on my bill.
Is there any way of finding which Premium Rate service I am supposed to have contacted ?

We have just given my son a phone and virgin sim for Christmas. We checked the account online today for the first time, and there are £5.80s worth of Extra charges for premium rate texts from this same number (84744663342).
I locked his phone down before he got it, and he can't install any apps without me putting in the password (which he doesn't know).
He has only texted 5 people, all friends and relatives. No games have been installed.
We have called virgin and they haven't really offered any help, or been able to tell us what these charges relate to.
