We have recently changed mobile services to Virgin for three of our family. After many 'trouble free' years with T-Mobile (EE) within 1 month at Virgin we were receiving expensive Premium Text Messages and even more expensive Premium Calls on mobiles that had not been made.
Across two of the three new phones we had a accumulated charges of £109 and £125.
Multiple text messages costing £2.50 and calls costing £26+.
I am still trying to sort this out as Virgin are a total waste of time.
