Porting number to Virgin Mobile

February 2015 ( yes last year ) I ported my mobile number from EE to Virgin Mobile, somehow something went wrong and my number is stuck at the moment on pay as you go that I never wanted and costs me a fortune to run! This is because it is on Virgin's system as a deactivated number but is not. The Virgin team have been very helpful but so far failed the solve the problem. Has anyone else simular problems porting a number to Virgin ?

Sorry to hear that you've had so much trouble with the porting process. Can you let me know what my team have done wit regards to attempting to fix this?  We want to get it all sorted for you as soon as possible.

Am so happy after posting here. The problem was fixed by people who write your software. So nice to have my number back to normal and hopefully stays on an old monthly deal that is no longer available. After a year of waiting I never thought would get resolved. Big Thank You to all Virgin Team.

Now I just wait and see if I recieve an apology letter from Virgin Mobile or not.!

I'm really pleased to hear it has all been sorted for you. I'm not sure why it took so long as I don't work for the team that writes the system software. I can only apologise for that.
