A port can take up to 24 hours to go through on our side. If you're still having issues, we may need to re-route the number on our side. Give us a call on 789 or 0345 6000 789 and we'll get this fixed.
Thanks Mat. However its been 6 days now and still no joy. Have called numerous times and each time a different excuse..its the port...its the network down..its you sim card... I have phone and broadband with Virgin and thought the phone would be good. Its not a good experience at all and may use my 14 day cooling off and take everything away somewhere else. I thought Vodafone were bad!
