Porting Nightmare Virgin

I gave my pact code on Friday 28th July. Was texted on Monday 1st and told was completed. Rang virgin on 2nd and was told that I need a new SIM for it to work. Today was told that don't need a new SIM and that there's a porting Issue. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!

There might be a porting issue as others on here have reported the same issue. Sadly you are at the tender mercies of Virgin on this, it may take upto a week others have reported being told.

I'd keep pestering them on 789
