Porting Nightmare 12 days now and no word from Virg
It is now day 12 and have been left without any incoming calls or texts after moving from vodafone to Virgin... Spoken with Virgin customer services every day and have been passed around to various departments who assure me all will be resolved after midnight.... This is now day 12 and still are not able to receive calls or texts
Spoke to virgin customer services today ...Steve... Who said there was no point speaking to the mobile number porting team as they were very busy and to speak to them would just delay things

I'm really sorry that you're having issues with porting over to us. Can you let me know what measures on the team have done regarding this? Let me know if they've raised any IT tickets for you.
