Hi I requested a port over yesterday and now and have the number but I cannot receive calls. I called VM and they said someone will call me back in 30mins on my home phone. I am in business so not receiving calls is a disaster I will lose £1000s. Why didn't VM say this could happen. On top of that I called a few weeks ago and asked if my existing number can be put onto a PAYG sim and they said yes. When I requested the port they said your old number is lost now we can't do it. Why do VM always contradict themselves.
