Poor signal

I returned from Greece Tuesday to find I either have 1 bar of signal or no service, especially at home. Research doesn't show any known issue but the fact I can't use my mobile to make a call or send a standard text indicates there's a problem somewhere.

Sorry to hear you've had some trouble with signal. I want to get this sorted for you as soon as possible.
 

Does this only happen in one area? If so, can I take the full postcode?

It's at my home, I left o2 and joined virgin as the signal was strong, but now I have one bar or no service. The post code is GU51 5AY, I'm on the verge of cancelling my contract.

Thanks for proving us with that information.

 

I've checked the postcode and it's showing the closest mast to you is just West of Hitches Lane. It shows the mast as being fully operational. I'm afraid there is no tool to test internal signal as it can be affected by many factors outside of our control.

 

How long have you been with us?

Have you always had poor signal since joining?

Are there other mobiles at the property?

Are these facing the same signal issue?
