Poor signal for a month why?

For a month the signal has been non existent in my area, what's going on? I can find no postings of work activity on the signal in the area.

Re: Poor signal for a month why?

Hi Glen59,

have you used the EE service checker (Virgin Mobile works on their network).

If that shows as OK, you could give Virgin Mobile customer services a call (free) on 789 and ask them.

Re: Poor signal for a month why?

Hi Alexkid
I did try all those first apart from ring, as signal shows ok on map. It's not in reality, other in the area saying same thing. I couldn't find number to call on website, so thanks for that.

Hi Glen59,

Virgin customer services can be contacted free on 789 from your Virgin mobile.

Also: 0345 6000 789 from any other phone (standard rate call or included in any minutes).
