Ive cracked my phone screen internally
Repair not covered so will have to pay myself
Ive called customer services and asked for the bill to be added to my virgin Media account and was told this was fine by a number or team members on the phone
Its been a month now with no mobile
Despite numerous phone calls and my mobile being sent back twice not repaired to me im very disappointed
Reason for no repair was they couldn't get ahold of me to make payment with my card
But i was told buy a number of virgin mobile staff that the repair cost could be added to my media account
No letters,telephone calls
Only emails stating that the phone's on the way but not fixed
On the plus side ive been given a discount on my bill for a phone that i cant use...
Long winded rant but for something that should take upto 4 days to do its been over a month now

I'm really sorry that you've had so much trouble with getting the repair processed. Can you let me know what the last conversation you had with our team regarding the phone was?
