Picture message on basic phone

Received a text saying I had a picture message and to go to virgin.mms.ee web page. (Although it does not specify) entered mobile number with leading 0 replaced with 44 (and directly with leading 0 and +44) with password. Cannot get in. What am I doing wrong

Re: Picture message on basic phone

Hi Lescaz,

Welcome to the forums Smiley Happy

Sorry to hear you're having some issues with MMS messaging on your phone. I want to look into this for you. You mentioned it's a basic phone? Can you let me know what handset you're using so I can look into this for you?

Let me know as soon as you can.

Thanks,

Mat

Re: Picture message on basic phone

Knowing the phone model won't help retrieve this message. It will only enable receipt of future messages, assuming it has the capability in the first place.

From rather distant memory, I seem to recall there being a checkbox you need to tick at some point in the proceedings. It's not immediately apparent that's what you need to do.

Also, make sure you're doing it on a PC using MSIE and an up-to-date install of java.

Good luck
