I have just been charged to receive 2 picture messages. I have not been charged for previously receiving these. Can I assume that before, I received the picture via Wifi at home and hence not charged and recently, I must have received the message via 3G outside of my Wifi area and hence charged.
Is this the case or is this just an error on Virgins system.
Just tried calling them from my mobile. Said I would be waiting about 15 mins to get through. Will try later. I have also be advised that I WILL be charged to call 789 from my mobile. Can you confirm if this is correct or not. Will try again later today, to see if I get a swifter response.
