Phone wont register on Network

Hi, I live in France and use my Virgin Mobile Pay As You Go all the time, but for the last 2 days it won't log onto any network. I can see networks when I search manually but it wont register with any of them. I've tried the usual switching off and on and removing and reinserting the SIM but no joy. Anyone got any ideas? Thanks

Welcome to the forums Smiley Happy 

 

I'm really sorry that you're unable to use the network. It sounds like roaming isn't enabled correctly.

 

Are you able to log into your online account here, and try to enable roaming in your manage services section?

 

This may not work as you're already abroad but reboot your phone 24 hours after turning this on as it will refresh the settings.

Did you have much luck with getting the roaming enabled on the phone?
