Phone upgrade

Hi i passed the credit check but failed for the loan and dont understand why and i ave been up to date with all my payments on time and my virgin tv and dont get why it wont go through

Welcome to the community, I'm sorry to hear about the issue with the credit check.

 

At Virgin Mobile we use Equifax for our credit checks, If you need further clarity on your credit status you can sign up for a free month with them if required. There are other free services but these may not be as up to date.
