I've had my current phone since December 2012. How long does my contract run for and when will I be able to get an upgrade?
if your present phone was bought under contract from Virgin your original contract will have expired.
Did you take out a new contract or just continue on a monthly rolling basis?
If you log in to your Virgin Media Mobile account there are a row of "tabs" near the top of the page.
Click on the "Plan and device" tab. It should show the information.
