Phone upgrade - applied but no confirmation emails - ?

I'm due for an upgrade so applied online but haven't had a confirmation email - if I haven't passed the credit check fair enough but does anyone tell you or do you just sit wondering for days. I'm loath to actually phone Virgin as I usually get someone I can't understand following a standard script who can't answer my questions and if I phone during my lunchtime at work I only have 30 mins so might not even get a bite of my sandwich.  I been a customer for years and have the whole TV, broadband etc package but I feel a bit lost.......

Re: Phone upgrade - applied but no confirmation emails - ?

Hi Shaz_cat,

Thanks for posting. I'm gutted to hear you've been turned down for an upgrade.

If you want to find out if there are other options available then please call the team on 789 from a Virgin Mobile or 0345 6000 789 from another phone.

Please let me know if there is anything else I can help with.

Thanks

Re: Phone upgrade - applied but no confirmation emails - ?

Hi Shaz_cat,

Thanks for keeping me updated. I really do hope the decision goes your way.

What's made you want to swap to an iPhone? I've always jumped to the odd numbered models of Samsung Galaxy (1, 3 and now 5) and never had a problem so that's where my allegiance stands.

Don't forget to keep me posted because I'm keen to hear the outcome.

Thanks
