Phone repair

I've had a Samsung J3 for about 8 months now and had nothing but trouble with it.

I've sent it in for repair twice now, and it's fine for a while and then it keeps shutting itself down and I have to remove the battery to get it to restart. Also apps keep disappearing, icons double-up on the home screen and some remove themselves from my SD card back to the phone.

Anyone else had these problems?

What do I have to do to get a properly working phone!!!

Re: Phone repair

I would suggest the best bet is Samsung themselves. They will handle any phone under 2 years as a warranty item. Much better than Virgin

Re: Phone repair

Re: Phone repair

If you sent it into Virgin it would not have been Samsung as they use a third party repair company.

Re: Phone repair

Hi Paperboy,

I'm sorry to hear that the problem with your handset is on-going after sending it in for repair twice. Please get back in touch direct with us so that we can get this escalated for you on 789 (Freephone from a Virgin Mobile), 150 (Freephone from a Virgin Mobile or Virgin Media landline) or 0345 6000 789 (from any other phone).

If you would like to contact Samsung direct, you can go to http://www.samsung.com/uk/info/contactus/

Kind regards,

Terri
