Hi, my phone is currently being repaired at the moment and when i logged into my account there was a note saying "Device is OOW" does anybody know what this means or has been thrugh this process before? also the live chat application i have tried over and over and it always says agents are busy try again later, is this normal that i can never get through.
I'm sorry to hear about the issues with your handset.
If the device is out of warranty, this could be because of the time that has lapsed since you purchased the phone (how old is it?) or that the phone's warranty has become void due to physical or liquid damage to the device.
Have you been able to get some assistance with this since posting your message?
