Phone no longer registering on network

Hi,

I've just arrived back in the UK after a week long business trip and on turning on my mobile I find my phone isn't registering on any local network. The phone picks up a signal and wi-fi works fine but send or receiving any text or calls, is just not happening.

Any ideas as my phone is pretty much useless...!

I'm also having a job to find a customer service number to call from another phone at present!

Not happy and not what you want to deal with when jet lagged!

Hi Jam800,

If the battery is removable you could try taking it out whilst the phone is turned on, then replace it & turn the phone back on.
This will reboot the phone.

Are you able to go into the phone settings & manually select a network?

If you need to, you can call Virgin mobile customer services on 0345 6000 789 from any other phone

Thanks AlexKid,

Tried removing the battery and the simple without any luck.

Managed to find the customer support line in the end and got it sorted. It was simple once you know how!
