I have 2 Virgin phones. I phoned Virgin on Friday 17th June to tell them i was going to Spain and I wanted to use my phones abroad. I was told they will work fine. They do not work. I cannot phone, text of use data. Very dissatisfied with Virgin over this and will be seeking compensation when I return and closing my account.
Welcome to the Community Forum, I'm sorry that you aren't able to use your Virgin mobiles while abroad in Spain. Apologies as well for the delay in getting back to you. Have you checked that the phones are set for roaming?
