Phone call cutting out after a few seconds

Hi,

I have the Samsung S6, I have noticed that when making a call the other person answers and within a few seconds the call drops. I then attempt to make another call and all i get is the noise that the S6 makes once you press the dial button,(not sure how to describe this) then there is silence, it will not connect or do anything??? After a few attempts i give up. This have mainly happened in Clacton-On-Sea, the few calls out of this area have all gone through with no issues

So I can look into this for you, are you able to PM me your full postcode? I want to run a few checks on your local surroundings to ensure that there are no problems.

Re: Phone call cutting out after a few seconds

Sent PM last night, basically the service or lack of is really annoying now. This has been dragging on with no date given for a fix. Why is it that a mobile service seems to be able to get away with poor signal, low to poor data speeds and when a fault occurs it take weeks to fix. This may only come to light after numerous calls to Faults.

And we are paying over the odds for this....but as long as us mugs pay the longer the poor service continues
