Phone and texts

At some point this morning my phone stopped receiving texts and I can't ring out. My bill is up to date and I've followed all the tips on the net, but when I put my sim in my daughters phone it worked, any help would be appreciated

Go into setting, network, manual network, select Virgin

So if that sorts it, if not you may have a hardware issue, use your daughters phone and call 789 and they can help you to troubleshoot.

I wiped the phone, but the problem still remains

Thanks for your post on the Forum. I'm sorry to hear that your mobile has stopped working and that resetting the handset hasn't fixed the problem. Has this been resolved for you now?
