Nothing much has changed in 2 years. Got an email saying we could upgrade..phoned customer service..got the same unintelligible asian voice....struggled through..stressing this was a phone change not a new additional phone..got sent an additional phone with new number. Rang up explained got an email saying we have cancelled your original contract from now..no further charges on that number..guess what..just received a bill with charges for BOTH phones ?? Exactly same mess as 2 years ago!
