Phone Fix SSL Certificate has expired..

Hi all,

The screen of my S5 has come loose and I'm trying to raise a request through Phone Fix but the security certificate has expired.

"universe.virginmedia.com uses an invalid security certificate. The certificate expired on 12 December 2016 23:59. The current time is 22 December 2016 11:02."

Yes, its all browsers (FF/IE/Chrome).

Someone at Virgin either hasn't renewed the security certificate or hasn't applied it to the site.

Yes, it will work ok internally but it's for external customers.

I can confirm there is currently an issue with the Self-care part of the Virgin mobile site which includes Phone Fix; this has been raised and is currently being worked on to have this up and running ASAP. 

 

I can book the phone in for you if this hasn’t already been done? Please let me know and I can request some further information for you.
