Paying for a service which we can not use as yet !!!
This is just something to be reviewed by Virgin's management team really. I ordered a Sim only on Tue 10th May, then I receive a mail suggesting it will arrive on the 11th. then once called your service desk I am told it will take 4-5 days which is fair enough.
But then you actually charging me from the 10th, so I am paying for 1 week of nothing, surely this should not be the case, perhaps something for your company to look into.
I am existing virgin media Landline / Broadband customer by the way. Also not having an email address for people to use for their complaints etc ... perhaps very convenient for the Company once again.
Just would like this comment to be passed on to the Virgin Media management team please.

I'm sorry for any frustration caused on our part for this. This is indeed the proocess that we follow with new customers. We're always looking at ways to improve our service. We'll pass on your feedback regarding this
