I have a data only plan and when I click on the link to reset my password I am asked for my email address and phone number. How do I get around this with a data only sim?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
Welcome to the Community Forum and thanks for your post. I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing a problem with resetting your password. Has this been sorted out for you since your post?
Your data SIM should have a number provisioned to it, are you able to use this?

I am having the same problem. Cannot reset my password as I have a data only sim on my iPad so therefore cannot receive the code via text to reset my password. Any idea how I can get round this ?
