Parked order.

So I recently ordered a mobile phone the other day, IPhone 6, £40 a month. But when I log into my virgin media account, it just says that the order is parked, which I don't know what it means, and says that someone from the virgin media team will contact me. I have not had any contact since, and so I decided to ring them up myself. Tried a couple of times but just kept getting transferred to another line and nothing helpful was done. just seeing if somebody could help me resolve this issue. ~ cheers

Hi JackSimmons,

 

you had the right idea. A parked order indicates that there is a problem completing it and they will need to speak to you.

You could try calling them again: 0345 6000 789.

Or perhaps the sales team may be better on Freephone 0800 052 0238.
