Whilst I fully support peoples right to have or not have parental controls on their devices / network.
I don't understand why when I switch parental controls off within my mobile account, it keeps insisting parental controls are on.
One time bug, perhaps, but this is the 2nd time Ive had to phone mobile support to get mines properly turned off. I wasn't left with much confidence that its not going to happen a 3rd time.
How about having it off as a default for future customers, with a on option if they want it?
