Paid bill, still suspended

I paid my mobile bill yesterday however my services are still suspended. It's happened once before but my services returned a few mins after I paid the bill. I cant phone Virgin to sort it because of it. Any suggestions?

All sorted, I had to reinstate my direct debit

I don't know whether Virgin even need to intervene in restoring suspended accounts: I just thought that if there was something different about the way it's worked this time, the most obvious thing to blame is that it's the weekend.

Glad you got it sorted - I'll remember the DD thing in case it comes up again...
