Getting a very pore reception from my mobile getting no signal or just 1 bar thinking of leaving our family as 3 mobiles with virgin they will be loosing over £60 per month if it's not sorted
have you contacted the Virgin mobile team on 789 from your Virgin mobile or 0345 6000 789 from any other phone to report this problem?
It may just be due to a local area fault or maintanance which will hopefully soon be rectified.
