My 3 month old Samsung S6 packed up this evening. Have tried charging ( phone had approx. 25% battery at the time ), hard reset, etc., to no avail.
Clicked on PHONE FIX on MY ACCOUNT and was greeted with, 'Content was blocked because it was not signed by a valid security certificate.' Changed the date on my laptop and was able to input a returns request.
However, on the last page it stated that I was to return the phone in the box and bag provided by VM. There is no info in MY ACCOUNT and I've received no emails since.
DO VIRGIN SEND A BAG / BOX / RETURN LABEL OUT? OR HAD I BETTER GIVE VM A CALL?
Any advice from the forum team would be greatly received.
