Recently i got myself PAYG Virgin Mobile sim to use in my Iphone 5s.
I've been a Virgin Media TV, Home Phone & Broadband customer for almost 4 years therefore i believe i can get free minutes from VM to VM numbers.
I phoned 789 and registered the new sim plus topped up £ 15.00. Also i asked to be set up on the Big Data & Texts tarrif which i'd read up about and preferred.
But when i log into my account is says i'm on the "unlimitacular: Starter" so i wondered if i am then moved to the tarrif of my choice after a small while.
Also my initial £ 15.00 Top-Up was all taken by Virgin Mobile, will this happen everytime i top-up?
Finally i sent a text to 789444 with my home Virgin Media landline number in. Can you please let me know when i'm eligable to the free minutes from VM to VM?
Thank You in advance.
P.S. Do i need to top-up again before 1st April 2018?
Can't anyone help with this query please?
Hi there LooLooB81, thank you for your post.
Unfortunately the V-V mins are no longer available.
We do however have a new bundle tariff option which will give you a great selection of allowances to use on your PAYG sim. The options are:
£10 - 500 mins, 500 txts, 2GB
£15 - 1000 mins, 1000 txts, 6GB
£20 - 2000 mins, 2000 txts, 10GB
You can find more information regarding these here http://store.virginmedia.com/virgin-media-mobile/sim-only/pay-as-you-go-sim.html
The last bulleted highlights of those plans in the link, says:
Ah thank you for pointing out that teabag... I need to wake up more.
Yes that is correct for these new tariffs the older ones are now classed as legacy tariffs.
