I added 1gb of data to my account for £5 last month but now I am stuck with it every month.
I received a text from VM advising is i want to cancel the add on please send a text to 789789 with the work cancel.
I did this but got this message back " Oops. You don't have a bundle, so we can'r cancel it for you! Your bundle is the 1GBDATA bundle.
What the heck does that mean?

Sorry to hear your having difficulties with a PAYG add on.
I'd like to get this sorted for you.
You could try logging into your account online to check your balance and top ups. You could try removing any selected add ons from here.
If you still experience issues after this I would recommend calling our mobile team on 789 or alternatively on 0345 6000 789 so we can take a look at this for you.
