PAK Code

Hi, I have recently taken out a contract with Virgin, moving my mobile phone provider. I have the PAK Code but when I give the info to Virgin they are saying it is invalid. So I have phoned my old provider and they are saying the PAK Code is valid and they cannot issue another code until the current one runs out (after 30days). What am I suppose to do as I want to bring my number with me?

Hi GSC203,

 

a PAC code does remain valid for 30 days.

Did you check from your previous supplier that you had noted it correctly?

Are you sure when you called and spoke to someone at Virgin Mobile that they noted it correctly?

Personally I would try calling Virgin again.

Thanks you, eventually sorted now, I think Virgin had taken it down wrong. Phoned them back as you suggested.
