HELP!!!! I've come home to bank charges and chaos, I cancelled my contract with 3 in April and they gave me a PAK code via text as soon as this arrived I 'phoned Virgin mobile, gave them the code. Went into hospital after an accident, realised that my number has changed, and 3 have charged me for my old number. 3 have denied all knowledge no refund of money go back to Virgin, no knowledge of why it wasn't used. Disgusting state of affairs, to think I changed from 3 because of bad customer service, and all Virgin reccomend is to go back to 3 and ask them. So i'm left with bank charges, two mobile accounts and a broken knee - wonderful, thanks very much everyone, can't wait for this contract to end now!!!
