PAC problem

I need help sorting out a PAC problem.  I've moved one of my accounts away from Virgin (in order to get 4G).  I have my PAC code but my new network (3) says it can't use it because it isn't released yet whereas Virgin are saying it is released.  Basically I'm stuck between two networks saying the other is at fault.  How can I sort this out?  I am still a Virgin customer with other mobile accounts.

OK I'll answer my own question.  The problem was that Virgin issued the PAC against the wrong mobile number.

My apologies your query wasn't answered sooner and I'm very sorry to hear we issued the PAC code to the wrong mobile.
