PAC code given, Virgin have no record of call and have now lost my number
On the 12th of January I called Virgin to give them my PAC code as I was coming from Sainsburys mobile. The lady told me it would take 24 hours to transfer. I waited 2 days and nothing, I called back and they said they had no record of me calling them, how is this possible? I again gave them my PAC code but by then it was too late as Sainsburys mobile had ceased to exist.
I have now lost that number which has proved to be a real hassle and have no way of getting that number back.
