I am USA and for the last week I was able to send and receive text and calls however two days ago this has stopped and now I can not send or revive called nor can I text. I am on pay monthly contract so there should be no problem. To top it all I am unable to log into my mobile account as it does not recognises my email address even though I get my bill on that email- I can log into my TV and Broadband account though. Please help I really need to get in touch with my family back home.
