I have a virgin mobile phone and every month I get over charged for data when I don't use all my monthly data. I have called a number of times and been told update to apps is the problem (I don't use apps). Last time I called I was told the my data would increase to stop any further problems. A month later and yet again over charge. I two contracts with virgin and thinking of cancelling both. Can anyone advise what I can do? When I call I get fobbed off all the time.
