I am 'in between' tarriffs having recently upgraded. I was told that my previous unlimited data deal will would be carried over until my refresh date of 19/12 at which point I will switch to a 4 GB tarriff.
On my account i have a 'You're out of data' message telling me I will pay £2 per day for data in the meantime! I certainly won't be and, if this the case, why was I not informed of it when I discussed my upgrade?
Can anyone within the company respond please? If I'm charged a single penny for data, Virgin can have their phone back and I'm off!
Thanks for replying Alex. I called them and they assured me the message was an error. Will be keeping an eye on my account nonetheless. At first the person on the phone suggested that my unlimited data had expired....clearly not a Maths scholar!
