Can't seem to find an answer to this anywhere - the My Account page says that I'm out of contract now despite my contract not actually expiring until 21 November 2015.When I spoke to CS last month they advised that I could serve notice on 21 October. However, given that the website states I'm out of contract, does this mean I can terminate with immediate effect ?

The "official" end of your minimum term can be found by automated message, just ring 789 and select the "I'm thinking of leaving" option.
The website is terrible. It tells me I'm on "unlimited" minutes even though I know I'm not.
