Ordered new sim, not arrived.

Had new phone for Christmas and ordered a new sim for it end of December 2015 had email to say it would be delivered on 31/12/15 by Yodel, no tracking number.

Still waiting on the 7th January 2016. I am also concerned about what sim they are sending me due to a difference in understanding accents when being questioned over the phone, so many questions to answer and the accent is not easy to follow at times, (he was very polite) I told him my phone model thinking he was still talking about my old mobile, and have been thinking that how would he know what sim to send me if he didn't ask about my new phone model. Errors on both sides I think.

So, 1st question    where is my Sim?

2nd question          how does he know my new mobile model?

3rd question          also, why am I being charged for my Sim when I haven't even received it yet?

I would appreciate some help, thank you.

Hi, have just received two sims in post, 5 mins ago by royal mail! why have I got two and what do I do now?????

is virgin media trying to confuse the hell out of me? it's working!!

Hi devildog

sorry to hear that some issues have been caused some where down the line.

On the back of the sim cards there is a unique number . This could identify which sim card you need to use for the agreement that you took out . ( please don't post on here though )

If you call the team on 789 from a virgin phone or 0345 6000 789 then they can sort this for you.

It could be that the first initial sim you order arrived and then the second one could be the one that the advisor ordered you?

Thanks Lee got new sim all sorted now, apart from network I am not very technical and can't understand why I have no network to phone?

The sim may not be activated just yet. Give us a call on 789 or 0345 6000 789 and we can make sure this is all sorted.
