Had new phone for Christmas and ordered a new sim for it end of December 2015 had email to say it would be delivered on 31/12/15 by Yodel, no tracking number.
Still waiting on the 7th January 2016. I am also concerned about what sim they are sending me due to a difference in understanding accents when being questioned over the phone, so many questions to answer and the accent is not easy to follow at times, (he was very polite) I told him my phone model thinking he was still talking about my old mobile, and have been thinking that how would he know what sim to send me if he didn't ask about my new phone model. Errors on both sides I think.
So, 1st question where is my Sim?
2nd question how does he know my new mobile model?
3rd question also, why am I being charged for my Sim when I haven't even received it yet?
